Dynamic Communication

The #1 organizational issue is poor communication. In this enlightening session people learn about their own blind spots, how different people prefer to be dealt with differently, and how to modify their natural style for improved communications with a wider spectrum of people. This three-hour session gives participants feedback from two on-line assessments about their personal Workplace Motivators and their Behavioral Style.  Groups report improved relationships and results immediately after attending this workshop. This workshop has been certified by IACET for CEU credit.

Quotes

USA Today reported a few years ago that, "Executives say 14% of each 40-hour work week is wasted because of poor communication between staff and managers. "That amounts to a staggering seven work-weeks of squandered productivity a year."

The San Francisco Chronicle reported that, "Franklin-Covey research finds that ¾ of workers spend 25% of their time on cover your back communications, and ¼ spend 50% or more of their time in these activities."

Dr. Peter Senge, author of The Fifth Discipline says, "In dialogue, a group explores complex, difficult issues from many points of view. The result is free exploration that brings to the surface the full depth of people's experience and thought, and yet can move beyond their individual views."

Next Public Workshop: April 21-22
