Welcome to Lisk Associates, LLC We are a Lexington, KY based organizational coaching & consulting firm helping companies create better results. We believe that untangling any organizational challenge requires a balanced focus on both people and systems. Our Approach We start with the client's needs. We listen to each client to understand the scope, significance, and possibility that lies within their problem. We do our best to diagnose before prescribing, and intentionally do not begin with a preconceived notion, tool, course, software, or best-seller that will cure whatever ails you. We do not subscribe to an off-the-shelf quick fix approach such as "Six Steps to Success" or "Leadership in a Three-Ring Binder." We have discovered that each client's problem is different and requires a thoughtful, exact solution. We develop workable solutions based on the client's needs and culture. And, we guarantee our work. If a client feels we did not achieve what we said we'd do, we do not charge for that service. Why would you pay for what you don't want? Our Foundation
Our work is based on ten assumptions that we call The Page. At the heart of these assumptions are the following beliefs:
